About The Position

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving customer satisfaction by working with internal functional teams. This role involves supporting independent rep agencies, providing input for planning and product forecasting, and creating/executing sales forecasts and budgets. The manager will also gather market intelligence on pricing, market share, and aftermarket trends to maintain a competitive position and communicate pricing to customers. Responsibilities include prospecting, setting up new accounts, processing customer orders using an ERP system, and representing ZF at trade shows and industry functions. Travel of 50-75% is required. The role also entails representing customer needs in accordance with ZF company policies, providing departmental back-up, and assisting with competitor product changeovers.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree required or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years customer service or sales experience required.
  • Must possess effective presentation, communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities
