Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in door knocking or home services correlated to exterior remodeling
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills
  • Experience working in commission-based sales environments
  • CRM proficiency and data-driven mindset

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and manage sales representatives
  • Actively sell and close residential and commercial projects
  • Enforce CRM usage, sales systems, and reporting standards
  • Conduct ride-alongs, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
  • Track KPIs, close rates, and service agreements, 1 on 1’s, attend management meetings
  • Stay up to date with the latest materials and sales training, adaptive to changes and the ability to enforce change while maintaining composure and trust with sales team
  • Maintain sales culture, accountability, and professionalism
  • Support regional growth and future expansion efforts

Benefits

  • 12% commission on personal sales + 1% override on team sales
  • Average Total Compensation: $90,000 – $130,000 annually
