Directs programs and personnel involved in Account Executive activities related to the Company. Responsible for hiring, orienting, training, and evaluating performance of all staff involved in Account Executive activities. Evaluates the performance of Account Executives in initiating and maintaining contact with physicians, key hospital departments, and other healthcare facilities to serve as an education resource for new developments in home care. Maintains positive relationships with physicians, hospital personnel, and the community to ensure open lines of communication and improve care. Maintains ongoing communication with staff to ensure community and healthcare staff needs are met, and assists in developing new services or processes. Assists in developing yearly Account Executive plans, financial resources, and materials. Complies with the Company’s Compliance Program and HIPAA regulations. Provides effective communication to clients, families, team members, and other healthcare professionals. Demonstrates commitment and professional growth through in-service programs and continuing education.
