About The Position

This is a relationship-led sales role - not transactional selling. You will inherit an established territory and long-standing customer relationships across Western Canada. Your focus will be to protect and grow those partnerships, guide customers through complex purchasing decisions and become their dependable, long-term advisor. You’ll manage your territory with a high degree of autonomy while remaining connected to an experienced national sales team and specialists across Sales Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Finance. Crestline Coach is a Canadian ambulance and specialty vehicle manufacturer and a core brand within Pulse Vehicles, LLC. In this role, you will represent Crestline and Demers ambulance solutions across Western Canada. Pulse Vehicles, LLC, through its strong and diversified portfolio of brands and divisions - Demers Ambulances, Braun Industries, Crestline Coach, and Medix Specialty Vehicles - is one of the largest ambulance and specialty vehicle manufacturers in North America, with multiple production, remount, and aftermarket service facilities across North America. Its product offering ranges from price-conscious value ambulances to highly customized specialty vehicles.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of outside B2B sales, territory management or strategic account-management experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing large customer accounts and long, consultative sales cycles.
  • Strong commercial judgment, organization, time management and follow-through.
  • A polished, articulate communication style and the confidence to handle both positive and challenging customer conversations.
  • Experience with forecasting, contracts, quotations, CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • A valid driver’s licence, an insurable driving record and the ability to travel extensively throughout Western Canada.

Nice To Haves

  • EMS, emergency vehicles, fleet-based industries, specialty vehicles, medical equipment or public safety.
  • Municipal or government procurement, complex bids, tenders or RFPs.
  • Technical products or solutions that require curiosity and continued learning.
  • Direct ambulance-sales experience is beneficial, but it is not required. Product and industry knowledge can be developed; relationship skills, accountability and sound business judgment are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow an assigned Western Canadian territory, delivering unit, revenue, margin and customer-engagement objectives.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with EMS, municipal, government and fleet stakeholders.
  • Guide customers through fleet planning, product selection, specifications, budgeting, quotes, tenders and RFPs.
  • Manage the full customer journey - from initial discussion and forecasting through order confirmation, production updates and vehicle delivery.
  • Represent new ambulances, remounts, specialty vehicles and related service solutions based on customer needs.
  • Set clear expectations and navigate difficult conversations involving pricing, specifications, service concerns or delivery timing with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline, forecast and market-intelligence information for the territory.
  • Work across internal teams to translate customer requirements into accurate, manufacturable solutions and minimize late-stage changes.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, conferences and industry events.

Benefits

  • A competitive base salary, commission structure and vehicle allowance.
  • Comprehensive health benefits, including dental, extended health care, disability coverage, life insurance and a health spending account.
  • A group RRSP with 4% employer matching, occupational vision care, employee and family assistance, and virtual health-care access.
  • Professional development support, association membership reimbursement, and milestone and service recognition.
