Requirements

  • Strong selling skills, ability to listen and tailor a presentation to meet customer needs with a responsible independent drive.
  • Ability to effectively motivate in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Trustworthy and resourceful disposition.
  • Public speaking skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Technical skills and learning agility to become proficient at demoing all software and technology in the Axis portfolio.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 5+ years’ in sales driven position.
  • Strong technical background.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Continually promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users to benefit the use for all Axis solutions.
  • Maintain fluid and dedicated relations with prospects and current customers.
  • Arrange and execute site visits to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, lunch and learns and speaking seminars.
  • Work cohesively with Axis Communication’s Partners.
  • Recommend proper solutions and adequate product comparisons.
  • Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, Webinars and other promotional sales activities.
  • Use Salesforce to manage your sales activity and reporting.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
