The Regional Sales Manager position is a challenging and dynamic position with opportunities for advancement. As an Internal Regional Sales Manager with Westlake Financial, you will be educating and training you own team of 20-30 Sales Representatives. This position is in the Los Angeles California Corporate Headquarters Office. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for creating sales and marketing strategies to grow Westlake’s auto finance business. The role will be to oversee, train, manage, mentor and hold the Sales Team accountable. The Regional Sales Manager will strategically grow Westlake’s dealer base by identifying and capturing untapped markets and opportunities in both the independent as well as the franchise automobile markets. Being in a fast-paced environment, this role requires a consultative sales and management approach. Each Regional Manager will manage their own team leading to growth and success. This is a full-time position including full-time benefits. We are looking for highly motivated, highly dedicated candidates who are comfortable working in an office-based environment leading a team.
