About The Position

Caldera Medical is seeking an experienced Medical Device sales manager to lead a team of direct sales representatives in its West Region to support company growth. The role requires a minimum of 60% overnight travel, approximately 3 nights per week. The company emphasizes a culture of family and team, where employees have influence with management and a focus on giving back to the community through the Women's Health Initiative.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 full years in medical device sales management
  • Experience in fast growth company or division
  • Navigating and obtaining the VAC process; selling into the OR
  • Managed at least 5 direct reports
  • Must have positive track record of exceeding quota during tenure as a sales rep
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Exceed monthly performance standards set by the VP of Sales
  • Identify and retain top talent in order to successfully grow sales team
  • Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quota
  • Build strong relationships with KOLs (key opinion leaders), key strategic customers and domestic sales team
  • Assistance of development and growth within IDN Systems and GPOs
  • Lead and develop team consistent with Caldera’s C4 Values (Care, Collaborate, Challenge & Create)
