Requirements

2–3+ years of transportation or logistics sales experience.
Proven ability to hunt, close, and grow accounts.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Competitive mindset with a drive to win.
Ability to move quickly, stay organized, and manage multiple opportunities.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working in CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Generating new business and building a book of business from the ground up.
Prospecting, developing, and closing new shipper relationships across industries.
Selling transportation and logistics solutions including flatbed, brokerage, and specialized freight.
Owning the sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing the deal.
Building and executing a strategic sales plan for the assigned region.
Partnering with Account Management to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer success.
Maintaining close customer relationships and continuously expanding opportunities within existing accounts.
Managing activity, pipeline, and forecasting through CRM.
Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations.
