Position Performance Measures include: Achievement of regional sales targets and revenue goals for Tools & Equipment, growth and development of the sales team, customer satisfaction and key account retention, effective collaboration with marketing, product management, and other internal teams, and contribution to overall business strategy and execution for the Tools & Equipment segment.
