The Regional Sales Manager, Partners will be responsible for identifying and enhancing Nordics routes to market and visibility of key projects. In line with company growth ambitions, the position will evangelize partnerships, drive business interactions and partner sales and enable revenue growth. The position will report to the Regional Sales Director and focus on growing Nordic’s market share across the broad market in Nordic’s product categories while ensuring Nordic have a greater share of hearts and minds within the partner community. The position requires proven experience in technical sales—ideally within the semiconductor industry—and strong skills in distribution management, negotiation, and communication. Success in this role demands solid business acumen, an analytical and diligent approach, the ability to translate technical challenges into compelling customer solutions, and a proactive, collaborative, and strategic mindset.
