Location: Remote (US) Job ID: 51045 HID Global's Identification Technologies Business Area seeks an experienced, results-driven National Linen Supply and Hospitality Development Manager to accelerate growth for HID Textile Services across North America. The role will build and expand strategic relationships with commercial laundries, linen suppliers, hospitality partners, and selected hotel groups. Its primary objective is to win new accounts and grow RFID textile tag volume, while also creating supplier- and partner-led opportunities for HID InvoTech Uniform Management and HID Acuity and Invotion Linen Management. This is a quota-carrying, hands-on business development role requiring strong industry relationships, disciplined account development, and the ability to convert complex opportunities into profitable, repeatable revenue. Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales or business development experience in commercial laundry, linen supply, textile services, hospitality, or a closely related industry.
  • Experience managing national or multi-location accounts and selling through a combination of direct and partner-led channels.
  • Proven success selling operational solutions, consumables, technology, or services using a consultative and ROI-based approach.
  • RFID or connected-technology experience is an advantage but is not required; the ability to learn and communicate technical solutions is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrated hunter mentality with a record of opening new accounts and converting long-cycle opportunities into revenue.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial laundry, linen supply, textile services, or hospitality operations and their underlying economics.
  • Ability to build credibility with laundry owners, senior operators, procurement leaders, hotel executives, and technical stakeholders.
  • Consultative selling skills, including discovery, value quantification, business-case development, negotiation, and executive-level closing.
  • Ability to manage national and regional accounts while coordinating effectively with geographic sales owners and internal teams.
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills, with disciplined follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM and prospecting tools, including Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Responsibilities

  • Driving the North American growth plan for targeted commercial laundries, linen suppliers, textile service providers, distributors/resellers, and selected hospitality accounts.
  • Building a qualified pipeline of new accounts and expanding existing accounts for RFID textile tags.
  • Developing executive relationships and named-account plans for priority national and regional customers, including clear revenue, volume, and conversion objectives.
  • Creating repeatable partner propositions that connect RFID-enabled linen and laundry operations with HID Acuity, HID Invotion Linen Management, and HID InvoTech Uniform Management.
  • Generating supplier- and laundry-led introductions to hotel owners, operators, procurement teams, and property-level decision-makers, while coordinating ownership with regional sales managers.
  • Leading discovery efforts, quantifying operational and financial value, reaching economic buyers, and establishing mutually agreed decision processes and close plans.
  • Negotiating commercial frameworks, pricing, forecasts, and volume commitments that support profitable, long-term growth.
  • Collaborating with sales leadership, product management, marketing, operations, and customer-facing teams to develop solutions and remove barriers to adoption.
  • Accurately maintaining opportunities, account activity, forecasts, next steps, and close dates in Salesforce, while delivering business against an assigned quota.
  • Representing HID at relevant industry events, monitoring competitive and market developments, and translating customer insights into actionable recommendations.
