Job Summary: The engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) Regional Sales Manager – Kansas City will join a global, multi-site business unit that designs and manufactures uninterruptible power systems for critical industrial applications. The selected candidate will actively promote, apply, and sell Industrial UPS equipment to EPC customers in Kansas City. The selected candidate will need to effectively visit EPC customers in a consultative sales role. This Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the preparation of complex technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with engineering, procurement, finance, and legal teams. The RSM will be responsible for driving revenue growth by securing contracts, typically for conventional energy plants. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle, building client relationships, and coordinating technical proposals. Significant sales growth in the defined territory is expected. This position will report to the Central Region Sales Manager.
