About The Position

Advanced Infusion Care (AIC) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the New England territory. This role is for a driven, competitive, and proactive individual with a proven track record in sales, particularly in surpassing goals. The Regional Sales Manager will sell premier Ig infusion services to physician offices in the IVIg and SQIg space, utilizing a persuasive and consultative sales approach. Heavy emphasis will be placed on candidates with a strong background selling Ig pharmacy services to specialties such as Neurology, Immunology, Infectious Disease, Pulmonology, Transplant, and/or Rheumatology. The territory includes Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine. The position is an executive field-based sales role with no direct reports, functioning as an individual contributor. AIC, a division of AIS Healthcare, focuses on providing high-quality Ig infusion services with a team approach to patient care, aiming to improve outcomes and lives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven ability to exceed sales goals in a medical device, tissue, pharma, specialty pharmacy or B2B product sales position.
• Ability to travel throughout territory (Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont & Maine).

• Established track record of surpassing sales goals calling on physician offices.
• Stellar background selling Ig pharmacy services to specialties such as Neurology, Immunology, Infectious Disease, Pulmonology, Transplant, and/or Rheumatology.
• Current call points to include neurology, allergy/immunology, pulmonary, transplant, rheumatology.
• Existing book of relationships in the neurology/immunology field.

Responsibilities

• Meeting or exceeding sales goals in assigned territory.
• Establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with key prospects and current customers to generate new business.
• Utilizing a consultative sales approach to promote and sell AIC’s Ig pharmacy infusion services to doctors, nurses, referral coordinators, and assistants.
• Strategizing target accounts with the VP of Sales.
• Prospecting, cold calling, and following up on company-generated sales leads.
