About The Position

Ascenso Tires North America is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to grow our off-highway and commercial tire business — agriculture, construction, OTR, truck, and trailer — through distribution across North America. This is an outside B2B sales role for someone ready to move fast and build a career. The role involves two months of paid, hands-on training in Hudson, Ohio, followed by ownership of a sales territory, with relocation support provided for territory placement. The company is a fast-growing global brand investing heavily in North America, with the field sales team driving this growth.

Requirements

2-3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales numbers.
Competitive, self-starting, and motivated to pursue new business.
Comfortable traveling approximately three weeks per month.
Open to relocating for territory placement.
Mechanically curious and comfortable in industrial/agricultural environments.
Coachability and a drive to improve and manage one's own schedule.
Ability to learn fast.

Tire industry experience is not required.
