About The Position
We are a fast-growing aluminum pergola manufacturer specializing in premium outdoor structures for dealer networks and commercial projects. Our products are designed to elevate modular homes, hospitality spaces, and outdoor living environments with modern, durable, and high-margin solutions. We are expanding rapidly and seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to build and grow our dealer network while developing commercial sales opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (building products, outdoor living, construction, or similar preferred)
- Proven ability to prospect and close new business
- Experience working with dealers or distribution networks strongly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a sales Regional independently
- Willingness to travel regularly within assigned Regional
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers, distributors, and partners
- Manage and grow an existing book of business
- Develop and close commercial opportunities (builders, contractors, hospitality, etc.)
- Conduct in-person visits, product presentations, and training
- Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, logistics, and project execution
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
