About The Position

We are seeking a Regional Sales Executive (Individual Contributor) to drive sales growth and adoption of innovative surgical technology within an assigned territory. This role will utilize existing surgeon relationships to sell an innovative product and procedure, manage key hospital accounts, and work closely with internal teams to achieve regional sales objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of medical device sales experience; laparoscopic / minimally invasive experience preferred
  • Established and expand on relationships with surgeons and/or hospital decision-makers.
  • Surgical device experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience selling into hospitals, hospital systems and ASC space.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales objectives in a territory-based role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, business analysis, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including some overnights.
  • Ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • High level of honesty, integrity, positive mindset, coachability and drive

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital leaders, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage strategic hospital accounts.
  • Drive new business development and expand adoption within existing accounts.
  • Develop sales forecasts, manage pipeline activity, and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Support purchasing negotiations and hospital contracting processes.
  • Gather market and customer feedback to support product and business development.
  • Maintain strong competitive and market knowledge.
  • Participate in clinical meetings, conferences, and customer education.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer needs and business opportunities.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare quality, regulatory, and hospital credentialing requirements.
