NFP is recognized for its consultative approach to addressing significant risk, workforce, wealth management, and retirement challenges globally. This role is an independent contributor position with no direct reports, focused on acquiring and growing relationships with new and existing individual brokers, producer groups, and national accounts. The position requires a deep understanding of client organizations' needs and processes. DBS works with insurance agents, brokers, and financial advisors nationwide to facilitate life insurance products for clients seeking to protect their families or businesses. The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving growth in the established Mid Atlantic territory, supported by an experienced internal team. This is a fully remote position with travel requirements.
