About The Position

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for managing sales activities within the assigned territory, developing strong customer relationships, and representing the Company’s product portfolio to drive growth objectives. This role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to deliver value-driven solutions while supporting organizational goals and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical or related sales
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting, problem analysis, and problem resolution capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Must pass drug testing.
  • Punctuality and regular attendance are necessary to meet deadlines.
  • With the exception of STD/LTD/FMLA & approved time off, attendance is considered essential.
  • Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner to get along with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.
  • Must be able to work under supervision and respond appropriately and professionally to criticism from a supervisor.
  • Must follow all employee health and safety cleaning protocols as established by the work location.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into federal healthcare systems
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and pathways
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
  • Bachelor’s degree or clinical certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities within an assigned geographic territory
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clinical, administrative, and procurement stakeholders
  • Conduct needs assessments to align products and services with customer requirements
  • Coordinate product demonstrations, in-services, and educational meetings with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) partners
  • Prepare and submit quotes and proposals as required
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity in CRM systems
  • Achieve assigned sales growth and budget expectations
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and operations to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, ethical standards, and company policies
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable government contracts
  • Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and workshops to promote products as assigned
