This role is for a dedicated resource focused on acquiring and growing relationships with new and existing individual brokers, producer groups, and national accounts. The position is an independent contributor role with no direct reports, focusing on providing direction on production goals, account status, trends, and marketing initiatives by understanding client needs. The Regional Sales Director will drive growth in the established Mid Atlantic territory, supported by an experienced internal team. This is a fully remote position with travel required approximately 40% of the time for client engagement, industry events, and business expansion. DBS works with insurance agents, brokers, and financial advisors nationwide to secure life insurance products for their clients.
