The Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading and managing a sales team independently, often remotely from Kestra’s main offices, hiring top talent, developing people, securing new business, and assisting with the development of key accounts and prescribers. This position contacts and consults with a variety of clients in a mixture of clinical settings. The region for this role is New Jersey and Pittsburgh, PA. The candidate must live in the region.
