About The Position

Connect Hearing Canada is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead performance across their Alberta North region. This is a hybrid role, involving remote work with regular travel to clinics within the region. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Sales Leadership Team, responsible for driving revenue growth, coaching clinic leaders, and ensuring a high standard of patient experience across a network of clinics. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader, comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment, and preferably based in the Edmonton region.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience (multi-site preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of driving results
  • Exceptional coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid role with regular travel
  • Valid driver’s license

  • Experience in retail, healthcare, or a service-based industry is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing network of clinic teams
  • Drive sales performance across revenue, conversion, and demand generation
  • Translate national strategies into strong regional execution
  • Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Marketing, and Operations
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development across your region
  • Strengthen community partnerships and referral networks
  • Ensure operational excellence and compliance across all clinics
  • Travel regularly to clinics to support, coach, and engage teams
