About The Position

The Regional Sales Director (RSD) at Care Hospice will lead a dynamic team of hospice liaisons to drive revenue growth and achieve sales quotas within a defined territory. This role is crucial for Care Hospice's sales initiative, focusing on developing, coaching, and mentoring the sales team to excel. The position involves approximately 75% travel within the region, which includes Bennettsville, Charleston, Columbia, Conway, Florence, Hartsville, Orangeburg, Rock Hill, and Sumter. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Required
Minimum four years of healthcare sales/community liaison experience, preferably in hospice
Minimum of two-years management experience
Demonstrated understanding of hospice regulations
Demonstrated success in growing local or regional patient census
Must be willing to travel and spend at least 75% of time in assigned markets

Responsibilities

Lead a team of hospice agency community liaisons, ensuring motivation and focus on nurturing relationships with target accounts.
Provide hands-on training and support to community liaisons to empower them in their roles and in delivering top-notch account management.
Generate insightful reports on visit frequency, referrals, and other crucial metrics for the region to refine strategies and maximize impact.
Assist in the recruitment process for community liaison positions to build a high-performing team.
Stay informed about market trends, competition, and the latest sales techniques and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
