About The Position

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales , the PME RSD will be the main point of contact in sales and facilitator between PME hotels, the Americas headquarters, and the global sales team, supporting the Hotel Sales teams in the US and Canada. Sales Strategy: Implement strategies that consider specific needs and expansion in target markets, maintaining standards in the management model, promoting the integration and positioning of brands in the market, leading and inspiring a hotels sales team that will focus on different opportunities. Strategic Alignment and Communication: Act as the main link between corporate sales management and the sales and general management teams of PME hotels. Communicate and detail Accor's commercial policies and procedures to the sales teams of PME hotels, ensuring understanding and adherence." Act as a facilitator between hotel needs with Accor's broad network, guide hotel sales team with correct points of contact within Accor e reforçar papéis and reinforce roles and responsibilities of each position, central sales team, hotel sales, managed and franchises hotel Process and Tool Management: Guide and monitor the execution of RFP processes by the sales teams of PME hotels, ensuring the correct use of tools and methodologies. Training and Development: Identify specific training and professional development needs for hotel sales teams. Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor the implementation of sales actions and the achievement of goals and performance indicators defined for the hotels. Identify deviations and opportunities for improvement in the execution of commercial strategies in the hotels, proposing action plans in conjunction with local and central teams. Business Development: Develop and strengthen high-value relationships with key clients, industry leaders, and partners to accelerate topline growth and strategic alliances. Own and lead negotiations for major PME deals, collaborating with different departments to deliver commercially sound and competitive agreements. Continuously assess market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to anticipate opportunities and drive sustainable growth. Support in Openings and Conversions: Participate in defining the commercial processes for openings and conversions of new hotels, ensuring alignment with the Openings Committee. Support Sales, Marketing and Distribution (SMDL) actions in new ventures, ensuring effective integration and the start of commercial operations.

Requirements

  • Hotel Management or Business Administration
  • Experience in the same area - 10 years
  • PTG and ES fluent
  • Facilitating & easy go-between style of mgmt
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities, deep industry expertise, and a proven track record in sales management
  • ENG fluent
  • People mgmt & leadership of high-perf. teams.
