The candidate should live within a commutable distance to a major airport. The Neuroscience Regional Sales Director leads the sales performance and professional development of a team of District Managers and Account Specialists covering the West Region, focusing on Chronic Migraine, Focal Spasticity, and Cervical Dystonia indications. The sales team supports customers in various healthcare settings, including community/private practices, hospitals, academic medical centers, military treatment facilities, and Veteran’s Affairs Medical Centers. The primary providers called on are Neurologists and Physiatrists, as well as non-specialist and APP providers. The Regional Sales Director is responsible for driving sales performance, operational excellence, managing the budget, collaborating with marketing and in-house field teams, and developing their team. They also cultivate relationships with external customers through live engagements and regional meetings, ensuring all promotional sales and marketing initiatives align with AbbVie's compliance and ethical standards.
