We are currently seeking a Regional Sales and Marketing Director for the Dane County area to lead and oversee marketing and sales efforts across multiple senior living communities. As the Regional Sales and Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving occupancy and building meaningful connections across our Verona and Deforest communities. You’ll work closely with community teams to develop and execute strategies that reflect the unique needs of each community while ensuring consistent branding and messaging. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of senior living marketing experience, including regional roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Customer-Focused: A positive ambassador for the company who loves building relationships and driving results.
  • Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for ensuring plans are accurate, complete, and effective.
  • Collaborative Leader: A skilled communicator who thrives in team environments.
  • Results-Driven: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and car insurance are required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales and marketing plans to achieve and maintain optimal occupancy rates.
  • Work closely with community-level directors, providing training and hands-on support to meet occupancy goals.
  • Analyze trends and craft actionable strategies to address opportunities for improvement.
  • Build relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community organizations to generate leads and enhance visibility.
  • Oversee regional advertising campaigns, budgets, and events to maximize ROI and community exposure.
  • Regularly visit communities in the region to provide on-site support and evaluate marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with executive directors and leadership teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
