About The Position

Indigenous Pact PBC, Inc. is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Account Executive to advance healthcare initiatives with American Indian and Alaska Native Tribal partners. This role will collaborate with departmental leadership to achieve client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The ideal candidate will navigate complex scenarios with cultural sensitivity and literacy, developing strategic sales plans informed by data. This is an opportunity for a sales professional with expertise in the healthcare landscape for Tribal communities and a dedication to health equity and Indigenous Pact's mission.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven sales executive experience in healthcare that includes meeting or exceeding targets.
  • 10+ years’ experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director.
  • MBA, or related advanced degree, or experience in lieu of degree.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proficient understanding of the healthcare industry, with niche expertise in Tribal healthcare.
  • Comfort with CRM applications.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.
  • Demonstrable experience developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
  • Drive initiatives to bridge the gap between policy and healthcare equity.
  • Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
