About The Position

The Regional RN Executive Director is responsible for overall leadership and management of patient care, quality performance, financial operations, and achievement of outcomes within Teams for a designated geographic region. The Regional RN Executive Director is responsible for promoting a culture of excellence in patient care; ensuring outcomes are met as related to patient/family/caregiver needs as well as employee performance and engagement. The Regional RN Executive Director is also responsible for reaching unserved patients/families through collaborative efforts with professional and community sources, both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • RN with current RN licensure in the states of Kentucky and or Indiana required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or other health-related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare management experience required.
  • Understanding of regulatory issues required.
  • Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health records.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of organizational objectives.
  • Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proof of immunity to MMR (measles, mumps, rubella), Varicella (chicken pox), and TDAP (tetanus shot), are required as a condition of employment.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 10 years of management experience preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of hospice/home health experience and clinical expertise in hospice preferred.
