Requirements
- High school diploma
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing home bookkeeping.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive training and support to nursing center staff on Medicaid eligibility processes, policies, and best practices.
- Identify and address center-specific challenges that hinder timely Medicaid collections.
- Collaborate with nursing center staff, Business Office Managers, Market Medicaid Advisors, and County/State caseworkers to ensure positive outcomes.
- Develop a deep understanding of financial and clinical eligibility requirements, asset limits, and state-specific long-term care Medicaid rules.
- Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data, and implement strategies to optimize revenue collection.
