We are looking for a Regional Field Service Manager to join our National Account team in our West Region (California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Colorado and Wyoming). This role offers the opportunity to work in a multinational environment that is rapidly expanding, with numerous challenging projects to be a part of. As a National Account Regional Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing Cosentino National Account Retailers' fabricator network within your region. Your responsibilities will include overseeing overall fabricator performance, proactively managing to drive both Cosentino Lowe’s program sales and service, and ensuring an optimal working relationship with both National Account Retailers' field management and Cosentino market operators. You will evaluate, coach, and train National Account Retailers' Fabricators to ensure optimal performance. The manager will create, manage, and monitor plans for improvement with existing fabricators and facilitate transitions to new fabricators when necessary. This position serves as the National Account Retailers' account leader, responsible for executing Cosentino/National Account Retailers' corporate objectives with field operations to ensure account success. The role demands a high level of responsibility, requiring the individual to be a self-starter, possess both task-oriented and big-picture visionary skills, and be capable of working effectively with internal team members and external customer accounts to ensure success. Key aspects include building and owning local market relationships between National Account Retailers' field teams, Cosentino market directors, and Fabricator partners, with a strong emphasis on educating National Account Retailers' field management on how Cosentino can support their business. You will manage the program fabricators in your region to ensure program success in sales and service, and educate, coach, train, and communicate Cosentino policies and procedures, as well as best practices, to ensure optimal performance. This includes executing monthly and quarterly business reviews, coaching existing installation companies, implementing and monitoring performance improvement plans, removing underperforming installation companies, and onboarding new program installation companies. You will also assist in coordinating store associate training, and resolve customer complaints stemming from product or installation challenges in your region, while executing objectives assigned by the National Service Manager.
