About The Position

Canteen is seeking a dynamic Regional Retail Director to lead visual merchandising strategy, promotional execution, and retail optimization across multiple markets. This role is responsible for creating engaging retail environments that drive sales, elevate the customer experience, and reinforce Canteen’s brand standards. The ideal candidate combines creativity, analytics, and operational execution to influence category growth, pricing strategy, and merchandising compliance across a large regional footprint.

Requirements

Minimum of three years of experience managing retail operations
Ability to review and make decisions based on financial analysis
Demonstrated ability to develop people and programs
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites
Strong negotiating skills

Responsibilities

Partner with retail operations and warehouse teams to align strategy and execution
Travel throughout assigned territory to support execution and operational consistency
Analyze location performance and recommend merchandising improvements
Ensures favorable financial performance to company
Vetting and analyzing new and existing products for deployment into the markets
Provide training to Districts within the region on retail operations and equipment
Ensures adherence to company brands, programs, services and centrally directed strategic initiatives
