About The Position

EquipmentShare is hiring a Regional Rental Coordinator for its rental facilities in the Southwest region (Dallas, TX, Waco, TX, Abilene, TX). This role is crucial in transforming the construction industry through innovative technology and real-time support. The ideal candidate will be energetic, driven, and eager to contribute to building the future of construction. The position offers per diem for eligible travel assignments, determined by management based on assignment, location, and travel requirements. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay available after 40 hours of work.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company.
• Ability to stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to travel for company business as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Employment is contingent on passing a background check.
• Some roles require passing a drug test, depending on the job responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

• Equipment sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare retail process.
• Expand the existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
• Educate customers on how EquipmentShare can help them save money, make more money, and operate more efficiently.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction with service and support.
• Keep customers updated on new or additional ways EquipmentShare can improve their business.
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.
• Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.
