About The Position
Three Rivers Care is hiring a Regional Registered Dietitian in our newly renovated, beautiful Skilled Nursing Facility in Centralia, WA. We pride ourselves on the quality care we provide our residents and comradery of our staff. We provide both Long-Term Care and Short-Term Acute Care. Requirements
- Current active RD License
Responsibilities
- Coordinate nutritional care of residents by completing nutritional assessments, developing and implementing care plans and documenting dietary information about residents
- Provide guidance and collaborates with the Food Service Director in the provision of food and nutrition services
- Take a lead role in their assigned skilled nursing facilities and work closely with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to evaluate and ensure that all residents have the best possible nutrition interventions
- Collaborate with our team of several Registered Dieticians within the company to foster career growth and development
