About The Position

Regional Recruiter (Remote) – High-Volume Hiring Are you a driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves seeing immediate impact from your work? We’re looking for a Regional Recruiter to lead high-volume hiring efforts across multiple warehouse facilities, all while working 100% remotely. In this role, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle for hourly operations talent, partnering closely with business leaders to build strong pipelines and keep operations running smoothly. Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting high-volume or hourly hiring
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions and meeting hiring targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with an ATS or CRM (Workday Recruiting preferred)
  • Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office and social sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay focused on results
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for hiring events or business needs

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple facilities within a designated region—from sourcing through offer acceptance
  • Drive high-volume hiring success by building and maintaining strong pipelines of hourly warehouse talent
  • Partner with HR and operations leaders to develop recruiting strategies that support business needs and promote diverse hiring practices
  • Get creative with sourcing, leveraging job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach to attract top talent
  • Move candidates efficiently through the process by screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and managing hiring workflows
  • Deliver an exceptional hiring manager experience through structured intake meetings, interview preparation, and post-interview debriefs
  • Track and measure success by reporting on key recruiting metrics and productivity goals
  • Represent the company brand at virtual and onsite hiring events, including job fairs and networking opportunities
