About The Position
KMG Prestige is a premier property management company seeking a Regional Property Manager in Columbus, OH. This role is responsible for leading a diverse group of properties in the Columbus and Cleveland areas, including Section 8 and Tax Credit properties. The Regional Property Manager will oversee overall site operations, motivate and train teams through effective leadership and innovative ideas, and build professional relationships with property owners and various agencies. Requirements
- Five or more years of leadership experience in affordable housing
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Strong financial background
- Ability to troubleshoot difficult assets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to travel
Responsibilities
- Oversee overall site operations
- Motivate and train teams through effective leadership and innovative ideas
- Hire, coach, and develop staff in property management, budget, and financial management
