About The Position

Based in our Cranberry Township, PA office, the Regional Project Manager role leads the successful execution of regional projects by partnering closely with customers, sales, engineering, and field teams. You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality solutions, driving strong customer experiences, and ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and with integrity from kickoff through completion.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing or supporting projects involving custom engineered systems, services, or industrial solutions.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in field service, project management, project engineering or customer support.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 30%.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Current certification in project management; PMP
  • Ovation Control System exposure or other Distributed Control Systems (DCS) experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support engineers executing regional projects, providing project management and technical guidance aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for all phases of assigned projects, including kickoff meetings, scope alignment, bill of material and network design coordination, documentation management, and support of financial forecasting activities with internal teams and customers.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to address technical, contractual, and warranty‑related issues while balancing customer satisfaction, quality, and financial outcomes.
  • Plan, coordinate, and adjust project startup schedules in partnership with engineering teams and customers, navigating changing priorities, overlapping timelines, and resource demands across multiple projects.
  • Partner with regional Aftermarket Sales teams to identify potential project opportunities, define scopes of work, and support the development of regional project solutions.
  • Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
