The Regional Program Manager (RPM) is the comprehensive owner of program execution across a portfolio of school sites. This role is responsible for delivering a high-quality student experience by leading staffing, training, coaching development, and site operations. As the primary field leader, the RPM ensures coaches are prepared for success through ongoing development and in-field coaching. This role blends program leadership, people management, and training execution to drive consistent, high-quality delivery aligned to Elevo standards. The RPM also serves as the primary point of contact for site-level partners, building strong relationships with school staff and principals to ensure alignment, responsiveness, and satisfaction. The best RPMs don’t just manage programs, they lead people. They show up with presence, earn trust quickly, and hold standards with clarity and care.
