The Regional Product Manager for Proteins will drive profitable growth via new project generation, new technology introductions and the creation of new, mutually beneficial business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Willing to travel 30 - 35% domestically throughout the year
  • 5+ years of industry experience with P&L responsibility.
  • Strong leadership skills aligned with IFF core values.
  • Ability to build strong relationships in virtual and remote cross-functional teams.
  • A balance of short-term execution and long-term strategic thinking.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years in Sales and Marketing preferred.
  • Be an energizing representative of the Business Unit toward Sales.
  • Demonstrate ability to balance immediate business needs with long-term growth strategies.
  • Bring creativity and strategic vision to identify new market opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Protein Solutions in beverage, bars, and culinary segments (market data, competitive analysis, industry trends).
  • Identify emerging opportunities (new applications, channels, business models) and build business cases for investment.
  • Manage regional pricing within global guidelines to optimize profitability.
  • Champion value-selling strategies to position and price technologies for premium market positioning.
  • Drive growth programs through key customer projects in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Innovation teams.
  • Create and maintain marketing and selling tools for the region.
  • Actively participate in industry teams, account planning, and demand meetings to ensure alignment and execution
