Regional Preschool Quality and Coaching Manager If you are a high-performing early childhood leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments and is driven to elevate classroom quality at scale—this role is for you. This is not a sit-back-and-support role. This is a field-based leadership position where you will directly influence teaching practices, coach adults in real time, and drive measurable improvements across multiple early learning centers supporting children’s development from infancy through pre-K. Role Snapshot Territory: Augusta, GA to TN Travel: 80–90% (you are in centers most days) Environment: Fast-paced, high-visibility, outcomes-driven Leadership: Directly supports and develops Education Coaches What Your Work Actually Looks Like You are in classrooms daily observing, coaching, modeling, and giving direct feedback You hold coaches and center leaders accountable to instructional and quality standards You move quickly between centers, priorities, and people—without losing focus or follow-through ·You lead conversations that challenge thinking, shift practice, and improve outcomes Compensation & Benefits Salary: $57,000–$64,000 (based on experience and impact level) $7,200 annual car allowance $1,200 annual phone allowance Travel per diem FREE childcare (up to 2 children)
