About The Position

Regional Preschool Quality and Coaching Manager If you are a high-performing early childhood leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments and is driven to elevate classroom quality at scale—this role is for you. This is not a sit-back-and-support role. This is a field-based leadership position where you will directly influence teaching practices, coach adults in real time, and drive measurable improvements across multiple early learning centers supporting children’s development from infancy through pre-K. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master’s strongly preferred)
5+ years of early childhood classroom experience
Proven experience coaching adults, leading training, or supporting multiple sites
Strong knowledge of DAP, ERS, curriculum implementation, and licensing standards
Demonstrated ability to influence practice and improve outcomes across teams
