Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience in a Regional Property Management role.
Results driven
Proactive mindset, not reactive
Expected travel away from home 1 or more nights per week
Excellent time management
The ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities

Responsibilities

Lead with Purpose: Set the example through attitude, knowledge, and treatment of others, communicate clearly and effectively, drive implementation of company policies and initiatives, and hold the team accountable.
Build Great Teams: Hire and support Property Managers, coordinate training for on-site associates.
Champion the Resident Experience: Ensure on-site customer service practices reflect industry best practices and step in to resolve escalated customer service concerns.
Own the Physical Product: Conduct regular property inspections and drive improvement plans, partner with vendors and contractors on services, pricing, and terms.
Drive Financial Performance: Build marketing, leasing, renewal, and budget plans, monitor performance against goals and correct course when needed.
Grow the Business: Identify and pursue new fee management business opportunities.
Be a True Partner: Report to the Director of Management Operations and company ownership, collaborate across departments including HR, accounting, construction, and development.
