This role is in support of Good Neighbor Pharmacy, a Cencora business supporting a network of independently owned pharmacies in the US. The Regional Pharmacy Business Performance Coach will serve as an instructor and subject matter expert, providing expert advice, guidance, and feedback on independent pharmacy store operations and business strategies. They will collaborate with assigned Business Coaching Coordinators and leadership to ensure effective customer coverage and communication, and enhance customer retention and engagement by developing productive business relationships. The role involves executing complex processes, engaging in client-facing situations, and identifying key leverage points within each pharmacy to ensure full commitment from the customer. The coach will also maintain and update coaching activities within the CRM system, compile pharmacy data for reports, and drive results by aligning opportunities with specific customer needs, diagnosing challenges, and supporting the implementation of targeted solutions. Additionally, they will oversee program aspects, identify operational weaknesses, assess customer needs, guide in-store implementations, and develop a strong understanding of the independent retail pharmacy market. The role requires providing leadership with insights on industry intelligence and recommendations for managing programs, policies, products, and pricing, as well as creating and implementing new concepts. The coach will represent business coaching programs at meetings and events and is expected to travel up to 75% or more.
