We pride ourselves on our "White Glove" service model by delivering the best patient experience possible. Shared Imaging is looking for a Full Time Regional Operations Supervisor in our South Central / Houston, TX locations. Preferred residency is the greater Houston, TX area. Location Coverage (must be willing and able to travel to all locations): Kelsey Seybold TX based: Katy/Richmond, Pasadena, Clear Lake/Webster, Stafford, Summer Creek/Humble, Kingwood/Porter, Vintage/Houston, Pearland, and Sugar Land, TX TDJC Sites: Huntsville, Beaumont, Gatesville, Rosharon and Navasota, TX UTMB Site: Galveston, TX

Requirements

  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate and manage at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Formal process and quality management training such as lean six sigma.
  • Solid understanding of P&L reports and the drivers behind profitability.
  • Positive track record of B2B customer engagement and management, preferably with healthcare providers.
  • Experience creating and cultivating engaged, self-directed teams.
  • Above average skill-level with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of the US healthcare industry, diagnostic imaging trends and technology.
  • Graduate of an approved radiology technology program and is ARRT registered (MR and/or CT) or ARMRIT registered by an approved registry organization and TX Medical Board License.
  • Completed background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor Degree preferred.
  • 5 years as an MRI or CT Technologist preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a Supervisor or Lead Technologist preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to all specified locations within the South Central / Houston, TX region.
  • Manage and cultivate engaged, self-directed teams.
  • Engage and manage B2B customers, preferably with healthcare providers.
  • Oversee operations and ensure the delivery of "White Glove" service.
  • Analyze P&L reports and understand the drivers of profitability.
  • Implement and manage formal process and quality management training (e.g., lean six sigma).
