About The Position

Berger Communities is hiring a Regional Operations Specialist to support a portfolio of communities across Ohio and Pennsylvania, including The Standard, The Shoreline, and Village at Mayfield in the Cleveland market, with limited travel to support Bear Run Village and Apartments at River View in the Pittsburgh area. This role is perfect for an experienced property management professional who is passionate about operations, training, process improvement, and supporting on-site teams. You'll work closely with the Regional Property Manager and community teams to drive occupancy, improve operational performance, support training initiatives, and ensure company policies and procedures are executed consistently. Requirements

• Two years of property management experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Property management experience required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Experience with Microsoft Office and property management software
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to travel regularly throughout Pennsylvania and Ohio

Nice To Haves

• ARM, CAM, or NALP designation preferred

Responsibilities

• Support on-site teams with training and operational guidance
• Audit leasing, lead management, and compliance processes
• Assist with occupancy goals and leasing performance
• Review commission reports, accounts payable, and property operations
• Support marketing, social media, and special projects
• Help ensure company policies and procedures are followed
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support resident satisfaction
• Travel throughout the portfolio to provide hands-on support
