About The Position

Community Concierge Services (CCS) provides doorstep waste and recycling collection for apartment communities nationwide. Our team of more than 700 employees serves over 175,000 apartment homes each night. We're looking for an experienced operations leader to lead and manage multiple District Managers across an assigned region. You will be responsible for developing your managers, maintaining dependable service, strengthening client relationships, and driving operational performance throughout the region. As CCS grows, this role offers the opportunity to build leadership teams and take on broader responsibility within a founder-led company. This is a hands-on regional leadership position that requires consistent time in the field with your District Managers and their teams. Regular travel and overnight stays are required. You will travel between markets within your assigned region to coach managers, inspect operations, support community launches, and address performance issues. Evening and weekend availability is essential. Peak service hours are 6 p.m. to midnight, and service operates seven days a week across our communities. Daytime responsibilities include manager meetings, recruiting, client communication, planning, and administrative work. You are accountable for regional coverage. You will ensure District Managers maintain staffing and backup plans, coordinate support between markets, and step in when issues require regional leadership. You must be willing to assist with frontline work when necessary, including trash collection during critical coverage situations. Fieldwork can include extended walking, repeated stair climbing, carrying bagged trash, and working outdoors. Operational needs may require work beyond typical hours. This position requires a full-time commitment and cannot be performed alongside another full-time job.
