About The Position

As a Regional Operations Manager (ROM) at DaVita, you will be a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within a designated market or geographical region. You will provide leadership and direction to drive operational results, ensure high-quality patient care, and foster positive teammate relations. The ROM manages the implementation of programs and initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization. DaVita is a clinical leader with the highest percentage of facilities meeting or exceeding CMS's standards in the government's two key performance programs. We expect our nurses to commit to improving patient health through clinical goal-setting and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Associates Degree
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Minimum of five years’ management experience leading and managing teams
Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
RN license in state of practice with no Board of Nursing disciplinary actions
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in clinical nursing
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in renal nursing
Minimum of one year of experience as a DaVita IKC Nurse
CNN or CDN certification

Managed care experience preferred
