Regional Operations Manager - Southeast US Region
About The Position
As a Regional Operations Manager , you’ll get to serve as the direct supervisor to On-Site Managers (OSMs) of Relogistics locations within an assigned region. This position will report directly to the Director of Operations and is vital to the success of our organization! What It's Like Relogistics is part of the largest pallet management services company in North America! We provide end-to-end pallet solutions, from supply to retrieval, on-site services, reverse logistics, and packaging materials. Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in a Management role of multiple locations required in the manufacturing, logistics, or distribution industries
- P&L responsibility experience required
- Demonstrated experience to build reports using Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Must possess a valid driver’s license to allow travel to various company locations
- Requires willingness and ability to travel up to 100%

- Spanish fluency desired, but not required
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all operational oversight and development associated with for each location within an assigned region
- Oversee multiple company locations and manage ultimate P&L responsibility for those sites within the region. Crews at these facilities may work multiple shifts and can range in size from three to fifty employees
- Analyze performance and efficiencies of the operation of sites within region, create and implement action plans, and partner with Managers to drive improvement of site, as needed
- Give guidance and direction to Managers within assigned region and act as their mentor
