About The Position

The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is responsible for overseeing and supporting integrated facilities services, including both hard and soft services, across multiple client locations. This role ensures operational excellence, financial accountability, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction while leading cross-functional teams. The ROM operates across all service lines and is not limited by traditional functional boundaries. Responsibilities may expand, change, or be reassigned based on business needs, client expectations, and operational demands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Able to speak clearly and listen attentively to staff, peers, supervisors, guests and client
  • Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Strong track record of client or customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership across all assigned sites.
  • Ensure SOP standardization and operational consistency.
  • Conduct audits and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain operational continuity during disruptions.
  • Oversee maintenance programs and technicians.
  • Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
  • Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance execution.
  • Coordinate inspections and vendor services.
  • Oversee janitorial, landscaping, and support services.
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance.
  • Manage vendors and service delivery.
  • Coordinate special projects and programs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop teams.
  • Set expectations and performance standards.
  • Conduct evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Drive cross-functional accountability.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance.
  • Control costs and analyze variances.
  • Support forecasting and planning.
  • Serve as primary client contact.
  • Conduct business reviews.
  • Resolve escalations and align expectations.
  • Ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct safety audits.
  • Manage risk and incident response.
