About The Position

Rock Dental Brands is seeking a strong, autonomous Regional Operations Manager (AM) for the Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area. This role is field-based and serves as the critical connector between clinics and the Solutions Center. The purpose is to implement operational infrastructure, develop practice leaders, build trust with doctors, and ensure clinics perform consistently. The ideal candidate will identify issues, align resources, and drive action to support doctors and clinical teams, focusing on problem-solving and practice growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of multi-unit operations management experience (Dental, Orthodontic, or healthcare hospitality preferred).
  • Proven track record of showing initiative and ownership of a region, learning a business deeply, and driving action without a micromanaging leader.
  • Ability to look past the surface numbers to understand operational drivers and apply analytics to process improvement.
  • Exceptional face-to-face relationship-building skills with both administrative staff and doctors.
  • Ability to travel 60% – 70% of the time to be present in your clinics within the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a pulse on clinic performance, staffing, morale, and operational risks.
  • Get into clinics early and often, identifying trends and moving issues quickly toward resolution.
  • Develop Practice Managers into strong operational leaders by coaching teams through accountability and execution.
  • Build deep trust and credibility with doctors, ensuring they feel supported, heard, and informed.
  • Use performance data to drive meaningful conversations and ensure clinics are focused on the right priorities.
  • Act as the bridge between the field and support teams, escalating issues clearly and ensuring the right teams solve the right problems.
  • Implement the operational infrastructure that allows clinics to perform consistently.
  • Create visibility and develop practice leaders before operational problems become crises.
