About The Position
As a Regional Operations Manager, you will provide direction, consultation, and guidance to Branch Operations Managers to improve the overall operational performance of your region. This includes overall operational performance, sales, pricing and reporting in the assigned Region. Overall, your expertise and business acumen will be vital to the development of our network and to REECE’s ongoing mission and purpose!
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the wholesale distribution industry
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Previous experience with reviewing, analyzing, and acting on operational KPI’s and P&L statement data preferred
