About The Position

Regional Operations Leader (Healthcare) – Multi-Site Neurology Practice Lead operations for a ~$100M multi-site practice at a pivotal moment of transition and growth. This is a senior operator role for someone who knows how to step into complexity, stabilize performance, and scale a market without losing culture. You will partner directly with our Medical Director (dyad model) to lead all non-clinical operations across the region—owning performance, developing leaders, and driving both near-term execution and long-term growth. This role is ideal for healthcare operators currently in roles such as: General Manager Director of Operations Vice President of Operations COO (single market or regional scope) You will operate as the senior operational leader for the market, with full responsibility for: Clinic performance (revenue, EBITDA, patient experience, team metrics) Leadership development across clinic managers and non-clinical teams Execution of operational and growth initiatives Acting as the primary bridge between the market and Nira’s central teams You’ll need to be equally comfortable: In the details (clinic flow, staffing, execution gaps) At altitude (strategy, prioritization, scaling decisions) What success looks like (first 6–12 months) Stabilize operations during a period of change while maintaining team engagement and morale Establish strong, consistent performance across clinics Build trust with physician partners and clinic leaders Identify and execute on key levers to improve revenue and EBITDA Successfully implement centralized initiatives locally (growth, infusion, research) Strengthen leadership bench and team structure to support scale Nira Medical is a physician-led national neurology platform focused on building high-quality, outpatient practices with strong subspecialty support, including infusion and research. Our model combines local physician leadership with centralized operational support, allowing markets to scale while maintaining clinical autonomy. This region represents a key part of that growth strategy, with an established foundation and significant opportunity ahead. Requirements

  • 10+ years of healthcare operations experience, with multi-site responsibility
  • Proven track record of leading teams through change or transition
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership and performance optimization
  • Experience working closely with physicians and APPs in a dyad or similar model
  • Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking
  • Comfort operating in a growing, evolving environment where not everything is fully built

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in neurology, oncology, infusion, or buy-and-bill environments
  • Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth healthcare settings
